Returns & Exchanges Policy

All PHIM Wear products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selection, or change of mind.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or replacements for items that are:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrectly fulfilled

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue.

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can sometimes vary. We allow one-time size exchanges under the following conditions:

• Customer must request exchange within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Replacement item production cost may apply

Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Sale or promotional items
• Worn or washed items
